Sorry for the LONGEST update ever -____- haha I’ve been busy because of the holidays, so I’m very super sorry that I didn’t get to post things on this blog. However I promise you that my intentions and goals still remain.
It’s a new year and it’s time to change.

So here’s update 1
This whole weekend what I’ve been drinking a lot lately is tea, specifically green and oolang tea! I know some of us don’t really like drinking tea, but hopefully I could change your mind ;)
Green and Oolang tea is known for a lot of health benefits like:
- It’s a good source of weight loss (burns fat and cleanses)
- It clears acne and skin imperfections (especially under eye circles)
- It strengthens your immune system
- It has healing remedies
- It energizes you, without caffeine
So I challenge you to drink a cup of tea everyday! It could be anything, it’s your choice :) Just as long it’s not artificially made, it must be all natural (I suggest using tea bags, however if you want them cold there’s pre-made ones in Asian food stores. & if there’s not one near you, brew some and cool it in the fridge) Have a wonderful evening and drinking more tea!

Update: I lost 2 pounds!
Now I’m more motivated to try my hardest.
Goals to Achieve:
- Start eating a healthier breakfast (Oats, Fruits, Whole Grain Toast/Cereal, Egg Whites, etc.)
- Stop binge eating and emotional eating.
- Exercise more often, but gradually build from it
I’m on my way to brighter days :)
